This website is an informational site for New Century Technologies Inc. It does not have accounts, a shopping cart, or checkout. Aside from the quote request form, we do not collect personal information from visitors, we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not rent, sell, or lease your information to anyone.
What we collect on this site
The only place this website collects information is the quote request form. If you use it, we receive what you enter, typically your name, agency, email, phone, and the details of your request. And we use it solely to prepare and respond to your quote. Every other page can be read without giving us any information.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Your web host and browser may keep standard technical logs, as they do for any website you visit, but we do not collect or review them to identify you.
When you contact us
If you call, fax, email us, or use the quote request form, we receive whatever you choose to send, typically your name, contact details, and what you’re asking about. We use that information only to respond to you and to fulfill your order or quote request. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not share your inquiry with anyone outside NCT except where it is necessary to fulfill your request.
The quote request form is delivered to us through a third-party form processor, which passes your submission to our email and does not use it for any other purpose. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy practices.
Purchases through GSA Advantage
Orders for our products are placed on GSA Advantage, not on this website. Any information you provide during that process, including payment details is handled by GSA and its systems under their terms and privacy practices, not ours. When GSA transmits an order to us, we receive the information needed to fill and ship it, such as your name, shipping address, and order contents. We use that information to fulfill your order and for the recordkeeping our contracts require.
To fill an order we may share your shipping details with the carrier delivering it (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). We do not sell or rent that information, and we do not provide it to advertisers or marketing partners.
