This policy covers orders placed with New Century Technologies Inc. through GSA Advantage. This website does not take orders.
Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service. Shipping terms for GSA orders are set by our GSA Schedule contract and are described below.
GSA items
FOB destination is included. The 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia are FOB Destination. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are FOB inland carrier point of exportation. Expedited shipping
Overnight delivery is available at the actual freight charges, which vary by weight, zone, and method of shipment. Please contact our Customer Service Center at (800) 457-4313 or info@newcenturytechnologies.com for shipping rates.
PO Box shipping
If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address. Please contact customer service at (800) 457-4313 or info@newcenturytechnologies.com for further information.
APO/FPO shipping
Many online retailers will not ship to APO/FPO addresses, but we are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address. We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations within 5–10 business days, and extra charges will apply. Because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not able to cover the cost of insurance and postage. Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier, and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered.
