This policy covers merchandise purchased from New Century Technologies Inc. through GSA Advantage. This website does not take orders.
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us at Info@newcenturytechnologies.com for customer service before shipping anything back. No merchandise will be accepted without an RA number.
How returns work
- Along with your RA, you will be issued a pre-paid postage label for sending back your merchandise.
- Please be sure to use your free pre-paid mailing label. Not using the pre-paid return label will considerably delay the processing of your refund or replacement.
- It is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least 70% filled. This gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% filled we will email you; if you want the cartridge back, you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you.
- All non-defective products must be returned in the original packaging in as-new condition.
- We are unable to ship replacements or make refunds and credits until we receive the products being returned. If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.
- Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests are completed within 7 business days, but note that your credit card bank may take up to 30 days to apply the credit. We have no control over the bank’s timing, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
Terms and conditions
- All merchandise returned must be received by New Century Technologies Inc. (DBA: Aloha Toner) within 30 days of receipt of goods. No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Any return after 30 days will be for exchange or replacement only. No cash refunds will be given. Product results may vary depending upon your equipment and other factors.
- Ink and toner cartridge products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date of shipment. Other products carry the manufacturer warranty only.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and subject to inspection by New Century Technologies Inc. All accounts must be current to receive exchanges or replacements. Accounts past due more than 30 days are subject to a 15% annual finance charge. Warranties and conditions are subject to credit terms.
